Monday - Friday lessons take place in the AXA pool.
Saturday - Sunday lessons take place in the HLOUBĚTÍN pool.

How many lessons do I need to swim confidently and comfortably?
You’ll see progress after the very first lesson. With each additional one, you’ll improve even more.

I swim using the Total Immersion method, but I’m slow. Can you help me speed up?
Yes! I am a former Czech Republic swimming champion and the leading expert on Total Immersion in the country. With my lessons, you’ll swim faster and more efficiently.

What should I bring with me?
Swimsuit and swimming goggles. For women, I recommend a one-piece swimsuit, and for long hair, a cap or hair tie. For children under 6, neoprene swimsuits are recommended.

Can I swim together with my child?
Yes, parent + child lessons are very popular.

What if my friend and I are at different swimming levels?
No problem! I have extensive experience with pair lessons where each person swims differently.
